  • What is the status of my project?
    You can inquire about the status of your project at any time by contacting us.
  • How long before my solar power system is going to be installed?
    The timeline to install solar panel systems varies.  Please contact us, and we will be pleased to give you specific information regarding the length of time to install your system.
  • How do I read my bill?
    Please download our ‘how to read your invoice’ guide here.  If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • How do I read my new utility bill?

  • My solar residential power system is turned on, but my utility bill does not reflect net metering.  What’s going on?
    Your utility can take up to thirty days from your next meter read date after your system is turned on to move you to a net metering rate class.  If you have waited more than 2 billing cycles and have not yet been moved to net metering, please contact us.
  • How long does installation take?
    The duration of time for installation depends on the size of your residential solar power system, the requirements of your city, and your specific roof conditions.  Please contact us for a specific estimate.
  • I received an email from the California Solar Initiative advising me of my rebate reservation. Why did I receive this?
    Congratulations! The California Solar Initiative has confirmed your participation. You do not need to do anything with this notification. Our office is handling all necessary paperwork. Remember, we have already included your solar rebate in your lease pricing.
  • How soon until my system can be turned on after it’s installed?
    We require the permission of your local utility to turn your system on, as the system is connected directly to the utility grid. The timeline to receive permission varies based on the number of applications being processed by the utility.
  • I am moving. What do I do?
    We aim to make assigning your system to the new owner of your home a simple process. Please contact us, and we will advise you on the next steps.
  • I think something is wrong with my system.  What do I do?
    Your solar power system is built to last; although issues are rare, they can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will make arrangements to inspect your system.
  • I was telling my neighbor how happy I am with my solar system. He wants to go solar. Is there a referral bonus?
